What is Our Laser Skin Resurfacing Technique?
If you are scheduled for a deeper or more intense laser resurfacing treatment, you may be given a retinoid cream for 2 – 3 weeks before your laser procedure. The retinoid helps prepare the skin for better results. Medication may be prescribed prior to the treatment to help minimize any sensation so you can relax during your session. If your skin needs mild correction, topical anesthesia may be applied to numb certain areas of the face. For the whole face or more intense laser procedures, some type of sedation may be necessary. During the procedure, you can relax in our special treatment chair while the laser passes over your skin, directly targeting the needed surfaces for resurfacing. You will feel warmth from the laser, followed by cold air from the system's built-in cooling device. The laser is designed to remove dead and damaged skin cells while also prompting new collagen production.

While microneedling doesn't sound comfortable at all, TRUST ME, Kellye is great and she and Dr. Lee will make sure you are as comfortable as possible. I have just had my second (of 3) sessions and am very happy with the results. If you are feeling a whole lot of BLAH, you need to give Regenesis a visit.
